Calculator data
Times, names, employer information, employee numbers, pay rates, pay results and notes entered in a calculator are processed in the browser. The website does not intentionally transmit those values to analytics.
Optional local saving occurs only when the user selects Save locally. Saved data uses a versioned browser-storage key and remains on that device until the user deletes it, clears browser data or uses a browser feature that removes it.
Basic website information
Hosting providers may process standard request information needed to deliver and secure the website, such as IP address, browser information, requested URL and timestamps. Retention and security practices may be governed by the hosting provider.
Google Analytics
Google Analytics 4 is used to measure normal website use with measurement ID G-Q1P7BYJRF5. It receives page views and a small approved set of usage events, such as opening a tool, choosing a calculator mode, or exporting a completed record.
The analytics wrapper excludes calculator inputs and results. It does not send clock-in or clock-out times, break durations, names, employer details, employee numbers, pay rates, notes, saved-card contents, or calculated pay and hour totals. Google may process standard browser and usage information under its own policies.
Current advertising status
Advertising is currently disabled. The site does not serve Google AdSense code or show empty ad boxes. Until a real publisher identifier is configured, https://worktimehub.com/ads.txt intentionally returns a non-indexed 404 response rather than a placeholder seller record.
Advertising and cookies if enabled later
Before third-party advertising is enabled, WorkTime Hub will update this policy, identify the relevant vendors and choices, and configure any consent mechanism required for the visitor’s location. Google and other ad vendors may use cookies or similar identifiers for ad delivery when advertising is active.
Ads will stay away from calculator inputs, calculation and download controls, navigation, and privacy, terms, disclaimer, contact, or error pages. Activating an ads.txt publisher ID is not sufficient by itself to activate ads, and no one may generate invalid impressions or clicks.
Your choices
- Do not select Save this card if you do not want a card retained on the device.
- Use Delete saved card to remove the local save.
- Use browser settings to clear site storage or adjust browser-level privacy controls.
- When advertising is active, use Google Ads Settings or the opt-out controls identified in the updated policy.
- Contact support@worktimehub.com with privacy questions without including sensitive payroll information.
