Choose the period that matches your workflow
A weekly timesheet keeps one workweek on a single page. A biweekly timesheet places two distinct weeks in one document while preserving their separate totals.
These templates are general recordkeeping aids. Employers remain responsible for keeping the records required for their workers and circumstances.
What the templates calculate
Complete start and end times are converted to exact minutes, unpaid breaks are subtracted, and daily and weekly totals update automatically. An end time earlier than its start is treated as an overnight shift.
The templates do not determine overtime eligibility or separate regular and overtime hours. Use the Time Card Calculator when that calculation is required.
Print, PDF and CSV formats
Print produces a clean timesheet with signature lines. PDF is convenient for sharing a fixed record, while CSV is intended for spreadsheet review or import. Verify all entries before using an export as a record.
