FREE WORKTIME TOOL

Printable Biweekly Timesheet

Keep Week 1 and Week 2 visibly separate while automatic daily, weekly and combined totals update in one convenient document.

Using the biweekly template

The two-week template keeps fourteen days together while labelling and calculating Week 1 and Week 2 separately. A combined total is included for convenience, while overtime calculations should still respect applicable workweek boundaries.

Use the time-card calculator when you need regular and overtime separation; use the template when a fillable, printable or downloadable record is preferred.

Worked example

Enter both weeks in one document, review each automatic weekly total independently, and avoid applying one 80-hour overtime threshold.

Frequently asked questions

Does the template separate the two workweeks?

Yes. Week 1 and Week 2 are clearly labelled even though they share one two-week document.

Should overtime use an 80-hour threshold?

Usually not for U.S. federal weekly overtime. Review each applicable workweek independently and confirm the rules that apply to the worker.

Can I download the completed template?

Yes. The editable template supports print, PDF, and CSV output.

Does the biweekly template calculate totals automatically?

Yes. Daily, Week 1, Week 2 and combined exact-minute totals update as complete times and unpaid breaks are entered.

How should unpaid breaks be entered?

Enter break duration as minutes, such as 30 or 45. The value is subtracted from that row’s elapsed time.

Can it calculate overnight shifts?

Yes. If the end is earlier than the start, the end is treated as occurring on the following day.

Are signatures always legally required?

Requirements vary. Signature lines are included as practical approval fields, not as a legal determination.

Is entered timesheet information uploaded?

Entries are processed in the browser. Download or print the record if it needs to be retained.
